GLAS EYEWEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

The following GLAS eyewear limited warranty ("GLAS Warranty") applies to original GLAS eyewear products purchased in the original labeled packaging and sold or presented for warranty service in any country.

1. WHAT THE GLAS EYEWEAR WARRANTY COVERS AND DURING WHAT PERIOD

GLAS guarantees its products against manufacturing and material defects for twelve (12) months from the original retail purchase delivery date (the "Warranty Period"). This warranty applies only to products bought from the official GLAS webstore or an authorized retail partner.

The GLAS Warranty enhances, rather than replaces, the rights and remedies provided by consumer laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

FOR AUSTRALIAN CONSUMERS: Our goods include guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. You have the right to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other foreseeable loss or damage. You also have the right to have the goods repaired or replaced if they are not of acceptable quality and the failure is not a major one.

2. What the GLAS Warranty Does Not Cover

The GLAS Warranty does not cover:
 • Defects or damage caused by loss, theft, fire, water, or natural disasters.
 • Failure or damage resulting from improper use, accidents, or carelessness (such as knocks, dents, scratches, or crushing).
 • Damage or defects resulting from unauthorized repairs or modifications.
 • Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic changes such as minor scratches or discoloration of frames or lenses over time.
 • Chemical reactions or exposure that degrade coatings or materials due to improper cleaning or storage.


3. What We Will Do in the Event of a Valid Warranty Claim

If you submit a valid claim within the Warranty Period, GLAS Eyewear will, at its discretion:
 (a) Repair the defective product, or
 (b) Replace it with the same model (or, with your consent, a comparable model if the original is no longer available).

Repairs or replacements under this warranty are free of charge, including shipping and handling costs.

If your claim does not fall under the GLAS Warranty, we will notify you and provide options for repair or replacement at your own cost.


4. How to Make a Warranty Claim or Request a Repair

To file a warranty claim, please contact our Customer Support team at [email protected] or visit one of our authorized GLAS retail partners.

Please include:
 • Your proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
 • Clear photos or a short video showing the issue

When sending your product for repair or replacement, ensure it is securely packaged to prevent damage during transport.

5. Limitation of Liability

Except as provided by this GLAS Warranty and as permitted by law, GLAS Eyewear shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:
 loss of use, loss of profits, business interruption, or loss of goodwill.

Subject to applicable law, the maximum liability of GLAS Eyewear for any warranty claim shall not exceed the original retail purchase price of the product.
