How to Return:

You can easily return your order via our Returns Portal.

When returning your order, please ensure that:

• Products are in the same condition as when delivered.

• You use the original packaging or equivalent to properly protect the product(s).

If You Paid with Klarna:

You can register your return directly with Klarna. Your invoice will be paused while we process your return.
This can be done via the Klarna app or Klarna’s website.

Important Information:

• For 2-for-1 offers, please contact our Customer Service Team if you wish to make an exchange.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• Exchanges are free of charge.

• Note: Prescription glasses: As prescription glasses are made uniquely for you, full refunds are not eligible. You can return them within 30 days for store credit, which can be used on future purchases at glaseyewear.com.
