How do I make an exchange?Updated 19 days ago

We offer free exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. Here's how it works.

How to start an exchange:

1. Go to our Returns Portal: https://returns.yayloh.com/retailer/glas-eyewear-ab/
2. Enter your order number and email address.
3. Select the item(s) you want to exchange.
4. Choose the replacement product (model, color, or strength).

Can't find the product you want in the portal? Contact our Customer Service Team "
here", and we'll help you.

What happens next:

Once you drop off your return at the shipping point, your new pair is shipped right away — you don't need to wait for us to receive the return first.

You'll receive a delivery confirmation email with a tracking link for your new order.

Delivery time for your replacement:
• Within the EU: 2–6 business days
• Outside the EU: 5–7 business days

Good to know:
• Exchanges are free of charge — no return fee is deducted.
• You can exchange for a different model, color, or strength of equal value.
• Want to switch to a different price? We're currently unable to process exchanges across price tiers. Instead, we recommend returning your item for a store credit and placing a new order. 

Contact our team, and we'll arrange this for you.
• The product must be in original condition (labels, packaging, and box included).
• For 2-for-1 offers, please contact our Customer Service Team for exchange assistance.
