When you return a product, the refund is issued via the same payment method you used at checkout.

Refund timeline (after we process your return):

• Credit/debit card: 2–3 business days
• PayPal: 2–3 business days
• Klarna invoice: 5–10 business days (invoice updated by Klarna)
• Swish (Sweden): 2–3 business days

Please note:
• Returns are processed in batches at our warehouse. Please allow 2–3 business days after your return arrives for processing.
• A return shipping fee (SEK 60 / NOK 60 / DKK 60 / €6 / £6 / CHF 6) will be deducted from your refund.
• Exchanges are free — no fee is deducted.
