You also have the right to cancel your purchase for any reason within 30 days of receiving your order.
How to Return
You can easily register your return through our Returns Portal.
When sending back your order, please ensure the products are in their original condition and packaging — or use equivalent packaging that provides proper protection.
If You Paid with Klarna
If you chose Klarna as your payment method, you could also register your return directly with Klarna. Your invoice will then be paused while we process your return. This can easily be done via the Klarna app or Klarna’s website.
Important Information
- Exchanges for 2-for-1 offers must be arranged through our Customer Service team.
- For returns, the customer covers the return shipping cost.
- Exchanges, however, are always free of charge.
