If you order from our website, you have the right to cancel your purchase for any reason within 30 days of receiving the product. To exercise this right, you must return the product to us.

Returns

• Products must be returned without delay and no later than 30 days after receipt.
• A return shipping fee will apply for accepted returns: 6 CHF | £6 | €6 | 60 SEK | 60 NOK, depending on your currency.
• All products must be returned in their original condition, including labels, boxes, and packaging, to qualify for a full refund.

Refunds

• If you paid for your product before returning it, the refund will be issued via the same payment method used at checkout.
• Refunds can take up to 12 business days from the day we receive your return.
• If you used Klarna invoice, your invoice will be updated within 5–10 business days after we receive your return.

Returns for "2-for-1" Promotions

• If you wish to return only part of the offer, no refund will be given.
• To receive a refund, all products included in the offer must be returned.
