At GLAS, our goal is for you to be completely satisfied with every purchase.

If you placed your order through our website, you have the right to cancel your purchase — for any reason — within 30 days of receiving your product. If you choose to exercise this right, the item(s) must be returned to us.

Returns

Products must be returned without undue delay and no later than 30 days after receiving your order.

For approved returns, a small shipping fee will be deducted from your refund:
£6 / €6 / 60 SEK, depending on your currency.

All products must be returned in their original condition, including labels, packaging, and boxes, to qualify for a full refund.

Exchanges

We offer free exchanges if you wish to switch to a different model, color, or strength of equal value.

Please ensure the products are returned in their original condition, including tags and boxes.

“2-for-1” Promotions

If you wish to return only part of a “2-for-1” offer, no refund will be issued.
For a refund, all products included in the offer must be returned together.

Promotional Orders

If you return part of an order placed during a promotion (for example, 2-for-1 or bundle offers), the discount will no longer apply, and the refund will be adjusted accordingly.
