Because prescription glasses are custom-made specifically for you, they follow a slightly different return policy than non-prescription items. Below, you’ll find everything you need to know about returning prescription glasses purchased from GLAS.

Can I return prescription glasses?

Prescription lenses are made to your unique vision requirements. For this reason, they are not eligible for a refund.

However, your satisfaction is important to us. If you’re not fully happy with your prescription glasses, you may return them in exchange for a store credit, which can be used toward a future purchase at GLAS.

How do returns work?

We’ve made the return process as simple as possible:

• Returns are processed through our online return portal

• You can return your item using:

  • a QR code (no printer needed), depending on the courier service or

  • a printable return shipping label

Just follow the steps in the portal, choose the return method that works best for you, and send the item back to us.
