What can I do if my glasses are crooked?Updated 2 months ago

Sometimes, due to changes in temperature or pressure during shipping, your glasses may arrive slightly bent or crooked — but don’t worry, it’s usually an easy fix you can do yourself at home!

Here’s a simple step-by-step guide:

Step 1: Lay your glasses upside down on a flat surface to see which temple arm isn’t touching   it. This is the side that needs adjustment.

Step 2: Lift the glasses and gently bend the sloping temple upward.

Step 3: Place the glasses back down on the flat surface to check the alignment. If they’re still uneven, repeat the process until both temples sit evenly.

Having trouble bending the temples?
Try gently warming them first — the acetate becomes more flexible when slightly heated, making adjustments much easier.

We’ve also attached a short video to guide you through the process.
