Once your order has left our warehouse, you'll receive a delivery confirmation email with a tracking link. Check your spam folder if you haven't received it.

You can also track and manage your order directly on our website - either by logging into your account, or by clicking the chat icon (💬) in the bottom right corner and selecting "Track and manage my orders."

Delivery times:

• 🇸🇪 Sweden / 🇫🇮 Finland / 🇩🇰 Denmark: Normally within 1–3 business days
• 🇩🇪 Germany: 1–2 business days
• 🇳🇱 Nederländerna: 2–5 business days depending on carrier
• 🇬🇧 UK / 🇨🇭 Switzerland: Normally around 4–6 business days

Carriers: We use different carriers depending on the country:

- Sweden: Early Bird, Budbee, or Postnord

- Norway: Bring Norway

- Finland: Posti, DHL & Budbee

- Denmark: GLS & Budbee

- Germany: DHL

- Netherlands: PostNL,  DHL & Budbee

- The UK: Royal Mail & UPS

- Switzerland: Swiss Post
