We understand you want to know when your money will be back.
Most refunds are completed within 7–10 business days after you drop off your return.
Depending on where your return is shipped from, it may take slightly longer. Here’s how the process works:
📦 Step 1: Return shipping to our warehouse
After you drop off your return, it typically takes:
• The UK: 5–7 business days
• Sweden & Finland: 3–4 business days
• Denmark: 5–7 business days
• Norway: 7–10 business days
• Rest of Europe: 7–10 business days
👉 If your tracking is still updating, your return is in this stage.
🔍 Step 2: Processing at our warehouse
Once your return has arrived, it takes 2–3 business days for our team to inspect and process it.
👉 During this time, tracking will not update — this is completely normal.
💳 Step 3: Refund to your account
Once processed, the refund is issued via the same payment method used at checkout:
• Credit/debit card: 2–3 business days
• PayPal: 2–3 business days
• Klarna: Your invoice will be updated within 5–10 business days
• Swish (Sweden only): 2–3 business days
👉 You will usually receive a confirmation email once the refund has been completed.
⏱️ Total estimated time (from drop-off):
• The UK: 10–13 business days
• Sweden & Finland: 7–10 business days
• Denmark: 10–13 business days
• Norway: 12–16 business days
• Rest of Europe: 12–16 business days
Good to know:
• A return fee (SEK 60 / NOK 60 / DKK 60 / €6 / £6 / CHF 6) will be deducted from your refund
• This does not apply to exchanges — exchanges are free
• Shipping fees are non-refundable
